             (There is an extra charge if delegates are less than 20)

• Morning Break (Assorted snacks, tea, coffee, fresh fruit juices and home-made snacks)

• Buffet Lunch including 1 Soft Drink or mini beer, mineral water

•  2 bottles mini mineral water + mints

• Afternoon Break (assorted snacks, tea, coffee, hot  chocolate and fresh fruit juices)

            $30.00 per person per day

HALF DAY PACKAGE

             (There is an extra charge if delegates are less than 20)

• 1 Coffee Break (tea, coffee, hot chocolate, fruit juice and assorted snacks)

• Buffet lunch including 1 Soft Drink and 1 mini mineral water

• 1 mini mineral bottle water + mints

• P A System

       $25.00 per person per day

         EXTRAS

• LCD                                      -     $75.00 per day

• TV & VCR/VCD/DVD               -     $50.00 per day

• Computer & Printer              -     $130.00 per day

Any additional hour will attract 20% of the charge
